How it works

Initial start-up

Connect Fluida Station to the power supply via the USB cable and start it. You can choose to select a Wi-Fi network if it is present or alternatively insert a SIM.

NFC and Bluetooth configuration

From your Android or iOS smartphone, pair a workplace with the Station and then click Add next to NFC. Click on Add next to Bluetooth and wait for your smartphone to detect the Station.

Use SMART clocking in and out

The smartphone transmits all the information to the Fluida Platform. In this way, the clocking-in-and-out data will be available in real time.

A single device compatible with all timestampings methods

With the Fluida Station Pro, in addition to smartphones, you can enable the use of traditional NFC badges. This way, you can accommodate those who don' t have a smartphone and still have access to a unified, real-time view of the attendance data recorded using all timestamping methods.
