Connect Fluida to Voxloud
The extension allows you to connect the Fluida HR Suite directory to the Voxloud cloud telephony solution, enabling you to enter and view colleagues’ calling numbers directly from the person profile within Fluida. Data is synchronised between the two solutions, ensuring consistency and immediacy.

Direct calls and increased productivity
By activating click-to-call in Fluida, you can start a call to a colleague or to a company number with a single click. Fluida’s people directory shows the Voxloud number associated with the profile and helps simplify the internal communication workflow.

Centralised contacts and consistent data
Voxloud makes the numbers stored in Fluida visible in its own interface, and Fluida receives the pure reference number for calling. This way, contacts are unique and up to date, with no duplication or need to manage multiple directories.

Simple and immediate activation
Activation requires obtaining the Voxloud API key and entering it in the dedicated section in Fluida. Once activated, the extension is immediately operational and does not require complex installations or extensive deployments.
