Fluida’s Time Bank allows you to set clear and automatic rules for the accrual and use of overtime hours, in accordance with contracts or company agreements.

Once the extension is activated, you can configure the reference periods for accrual and use of hours (monthly, weekly or yearly), thereby establishing a system consistent with internal policies.

All accrued or compensated hours are recorded automatically, ensuring transparency and traceability.

From the Fluida app Home, each worker can view their updated balance in real time in the Residuals section, with details of the actions that led to the addition or subtraction of hours.

The administrator, on the other hand, has access to a complete report, useful for monitoring the situation of all employees and simplifying compensation management. Accumulated hours can be used as time off in lieu, paid out, or advanced on credit, according to the agreements defined with the worker.
