What is Luckey
Luckey is Sofia’s cloud platform, part of ISEO, for cloud-based access management in the property sector. Luckey provides a complete system for access control and the operational management of buildings. Solutions range from smart locks to cloud-based management of shared spaces, natively integrating features such as parcel reception, maintenance request management, virtual video intercoms, and more, with the aim of making access safer, more flexible, and automated.

How the integration with Fluida HR Suite works
Users created in Fluida are synchronised with Luckey. Roles, teams, and shifts automatically determine access permissions. When a role, location, or schedule changes, rights are updated in real time. Deactivating the profile in Fluida immediately revokes access, with no manual activity.

Access methods and technical architecture
Luckey manages access via smartphone, RFID cards and key fobs, PINs, and mechatronic keys. Wireless and wired, online and offline systems can coexist in the same environment. Everything is controlled from the cloud panel, with immediate updates and maximum traceability.
